Lauren Seerden is a certified FEMM and teenFEMM Teacher. She became certified in the Spring of 2021 and has taught hundreds of women and couples to track their menstrual cycle to achieve both health and fertility goals. She is passionate about educating women to become advocates in their own health and relationships through cycle tracking.

Lauren graduated with her BA in Psychology from University of Washington in spring of 2020.
